Simple answers for the things you may need to do on this site.
Report your monthly hours
Sign in and enter one whole number from 0 through 99. Enter your total hours for the month, not hours to add to an earlier number.
If you already reported and need to correct it, enter the new total. The new number replaces the old one.
Monthly deadline
You may report the previous month until 10:00 AM on the first day of the next month. After that cutoff, a missing report is automatically recorded as 0 hours.
After the month closes, contact the administrator if a correction is needed.
Reminder emails
If you have not reported yet, reminder emails may begin 3 days before the last day of the month and continue until you report or the month ends.
Once you report your hours, reminders for that month stop.
Going away?
Use Going away for a while? on your Volunteer Hours page. Choose a return date and reminders will pause while you are away. They automatically resume after that date.
Your password
Your CERT password must be 8 to 25 characters long.
You may use any combination of uppercase or lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. There is no special combination you are required to use.
Choose something you can remember, but do not share your password with anyone.
Forgot your password?
Use I forgot my password on the sign-in page. Email users receive a 6-digit login code that is good for 15 minutes and can be used only once.
Your new password must also be 8 to 25 characters long.
Phone-login password recovery by text message is not enabled yet. Phone-login volunteers should contact the administrator for help.
Need to change your email or phone number?
For your security, volunteers cannot change their own login email address or phone number.
If your email address or phone number changes, contact the CERT administrator. We will update your account for you. Do not create a new account.

Automatic sign-out
For security, volunteer accounts are signed out after 30 minutes of inactivity. If that happens, simply sign in again.
